Who we are
Sourcing intelligence, built by sourcing people.
loomlink Intelligence Inc. is a Canadian company in Ontario, working with apparel brands in Canada and the US.
What we believe
A factory decision should rest on full landed cost and the factory’s record, not the fastest reply. A price that depends on underpaying workers or polluting a river is not a good price.
Fair treatment of workers
Every garment passes through someone’s hands, so we care how those people are treated. Before we list a factory, we will want to see:
- People working by choice, and of working age
- Pay in full, on time, never below the legal minimum
- Overtime that’s a choice, and paid
- Freedom to point out a mistake without fearing for their job
- A safe building with a clear way out
If a factory can’t show us this, we won’t list it.
The environment
Dyeing and washing can harm the rivers and towns around a factory. Any factory that dyes, washes or prints will need to show a running treatment plant, recent lab results for its wastewater and a record of its chemicals. If it can’t, we won’t list it.
How factories get in
Our team will audit every factory on-site before it’s listed. We’re onboarding 50 across Bangladesh (25), Vietnam (15) and China (10) for our June 2027 launch.
A certificate earns a factory a visit, not a place. Our team will walk the floor, check pay records, speak with workers away from management and see the treatment plant running. We’ll also review each supplier’s raw-material sources and ESG report, and ask for independent building and fire safety reports. No audit catches everything, so a factory that breaks these rules comes off the list.
What we do, and what we don’t
We help you decide and agree on an order: which factory, at what landed cost, with what risk. AI agents negotiate price and run samples, and a human coordinator signs off on every step.
We don’t make garments or move freight, but we study the freight data behind each order to plan your next run better.
How we stay independent
Factories cannot pay for placement. Our commission is set only by order size, is the same for every factory and country, and is disclosed before you order.
Bring us your next brief.
loomlink is onboarding buyers directly during early access. When we launch in June 2027, every new account gets one free sourcing run.
